Brian Garrison

Brian Garrison is an entrepreneur and business consultant from Morganton, North Carolina. A graduate of Western Piedmont Community College, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Appalachian State University. Brian built a successful career helping individuals and organizations navigate complex business and insurance decisions, eventually founding On Point Collective.

Known for his strong work ethic and commitment to service, he believes that meaningful success is built on relationships, consistency, and integrity. Brian remains deeply engaged in his community, volunteering with Lenoir-Rhyne University, by leading workshops for students in the Entrepreneurship Program and supporting initiatives that promote education, student development, and community health.

His journey reflects a lifelong commitment to hard work, servant leadership, and creating a positive impact in the region he calls home.
